Vicky, as well all call her, is a great producing mare. She has given us three foals -  JV Canadian Magic, JV Price Of Fame and JV Kortez and is currently in foal to JV Candy Man. Vicky  has always given her foals size, bone, and lots of substance. Her babies are great movers and are very pretty. I know most of you see a big plain broodmare, however when you look at these types of horses you must look at the overall quality when judging them. Usually these big structural mares when crossed with very pretty structural stallions, they will produce big, structural, pretty foals. The other thing that mare does not have but her pedigree does is pretty. Vicky has a very strong pedigree which is important, because the ancestor will influence the foals. Not all mares that look like her will produce like her but she does. Some mares will produce exactly what they are, whether that is good or not. So she is good producer that gives us  strong pretty foals. An important thing when looking at breeding horses it how they produce. Even though some mothers are extraordinary, they do produce it, and her full sister who is plain Jane, produces extraordinary. That is the funny thing with horses you never know, so I always say give them try, see what you get, and go from there. You never know who will surprise you.
